What Makes Our Salmon Special?
Our salmon comes from one of the best locations in the world for salmon farming: Region XII of Magallanes. The benefits of this region are numerous including the low water temperatures, low precense of diseases, protected bays and fjords with pristine water, and limited production (only about 10% of the industry and wide distance between farms).
We have partnered with Trapananda Seafarms to supply our customers with exquisite Atlantic salmon, raised in the fjords of the untamed Patagonia containing the purest waters of the world. Our salmon has a rich flavor, and the meat is firm but tender resulting in an amazing mouthfeel.
